Job Description:
The Marketing Coordinator will be an integral member of the Fragrance team. This position will support Personal Care and Home Care categoriesand other categoriesfor North America. Conduct NA regional, global market analysis of categories and track cross category developments. Identify emerging consumer trends and themes and relate them to opportunities for clients. Create and present fragrance concepts, brand solutions and ideas supported by sound market information. Connect and relate to client needs for their brands and be a source of inspiration with proactive concepts and programs. Responsible for working closely with Evaluation Team to develop seasonal trend presentations and concepts to support categories.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and identify trends
- Support the marketing department’s initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing
- Manage relationships with partnersto ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing content, and to ensure competitiveness
- Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice
- Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
- Consumer understanding: Have experience with market insights, protocols, practices, and a broad understanding of consumers
- Develop the olfactory strategy for customers, markets, categories, and guide the Perfumery team
- Manage multiple complex briefs from partners and develop or select fragrances with the help of Evaluation, according to the given brief guidelines
- Contribute to the olfactory analysis of new products to identify interesting notes for creative development
- Work with the Creative Team including, Perfumers and Evaluators

Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years relevant experience in Flavor, Fragrance, Food, Additives or Nutraceuticals Industry
- Knowledge of product development and project management
- Knowledge of Flavor & Fragrancefields
- Updated on trends
- Excellent ability to work with others.
- Extremely organized and able to multi-task.
- Deadline oriented.
- Advanced Word, PowerPoint, Excel capabilities
- Polished, professional presentation style.
- Highly creative and intuitive, enthusiastic, and energetic
- Excellent strategic thinking capability. Ability to see the big picture, while remaining detail-oriented
- Passionate about marketing and the fragrance/beauty industry.
- Self-starting, independent, reliable
- Cognitive (Reasoning):
- Strong analytical skills, including interpretation of secondary data sources.
- Apply principles of rational systems to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, visual, or schedule form
- Communication:
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Vocalize and explain detailed data and problem-solve, both in-person and by telephone.
- Must have Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Compose routine correspondence on own initiative.
- Make comprehensive notes in English.
- May involve a large volume of such composition
