Job Title: Project Coordinator

Employment Type: Full-Time; In-Person (not remote)

Job Description:

The Project Coordinator will work directly with the Sr. Project Manager to help streamline duplication and collection projects and ensure that projects are completed on time and to customer specifications.

In this exciting role, you will participate in the following:

  • Coordinate an interdepartmental team to ensure project briefs are completed on time, to specifications and with accuracy and efficiency. Departments include Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Applications and Sales.
  • Outline the tasks and bases and components (wax, wick, bases, etc) involved in the project. Specific to samples.
  • Work with Logistics, Evaluations and Applications to optimize sample production and presentation.
  • Exhibit a level of urgency related to all issues/requests submitted by our Creative Center teams. Prioritize projects and communicate to team members, where the project stands.
  • Provide regular updates as to status on daily and/or on-going tasks.
  • Performs other duties as assigned including some administrative responsibilities.

Your professional profile includes:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Relevant degree related to Project Management or another related field.
  • Excellent ability to work with others.
  • Extremely organized, able to multi-task, and detail oriented
  • Excellent time management skills in a high paced environment
  • Microsoft Office Suite capabilities
  • Cognitive (Reasoning):
    • Apply principles of rational systems to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
    • Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, visual, or schedule form.

      • Vocalize and explain detailed data and problem-solve, both in-person and by telephone.
      • Must have Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
      • Compose routine correspondence on own initiative.
      • Make comprehensive notes in English.
      • May involve a large volume of such composition.
      • Must have ability to work well under pressure.
  • Physical Capabilities
    • Strength (lifting, dexterity, repetitive motion):
      • Must be able to lift 15lbs onto waist high shelves.
      • Must be able to lift and carry a min of 15lbs.
    • Movement: Employee will frequently use fingers, walk and distinguish basic colors. Employee will continuously use both hands, sit for extended periods of time, and use rapid or well-developed coordination simultaneously.
    • Hearing: Must be able to hear and understand work direction in a loud, distracting environment.
    • Vision: Must be able to judge distance, identify details, and view computer screen regularly.
