We are looking to hire an experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager to manage our Regulatory team. The Regulatory Affairs Manager will bring both exceptional technical knowledge and management experience. The Regulatory Affairs Manager will provide guidance to ensure that both external and internal requests are prioritized and completed in a timely manner. To be successful as a Regulatory Affairs Manager, you should be adept at managing deadlines and possess excellent communication, management, and customer service skills.
In this exciting role, you will participate in the following:
- Manages and supports the Regulatory Team, including overseeing daily workflow, ensuring deadlines are met, giving guidance on prioritizing external and internal requests.
- Review formulations to ensure compliance to both regulatory and customer requirements.
- Provides regulatory guidance during formula development.
- Author GHS SDS’s and other regulatory documents for products in different countries / regions.
- Process customer regulatory requests and create / provide requested regulatory documents.
- Maintains current knowledge of international, federal, or state regulations applicable to Belle Aire and monitors for changes that could potentially impact Belle Aire.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Your professional profile includes:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum five years regulatory experience in chemical manufacturing or consumer products.
- A minimum three years manager experience.
- Extensive knowledge of applicable government regulations: TSCA, GHS, FHSA, VOC, REACH and transportation regulations (IMDG, IATA)
- Experience or ability to learn SDS and ERP software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to make independent decisions.
- Manage and meet deadlines for projects and tasks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to summarize technical data.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
