Belle Aire Creations is proud to announce the promotions of the following team members: Jerry Bellak as Chief Innovation Officer and Xiang Fei as Director of Innovation effective February 24, 2021. The team brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the fragrance, flavor, and malodor abatement industries among the domestic and global landscapes. JERRY BELLAK, CHIEF INNOVAITON OFFICER
Jerry Bellak joined Belle Aire Creations in 1997 as a Perfumer who specialized in technically advanced fragrances with a passion to combine the art of perfumery with science. Throughout his 24 years at Belle Aire Creations, Bellak has been an exceptional part of the team as one of our Senior Perfumers while succeeding as Chief Technical Officer. In 2006, Jerry Bellak became a member of the American Society of Perfumers which continues to push his creativity between science and sensorial experiences. Innovation is key among our partners, and Bellak is a dynamic technology leader. He has extensive experience conceptualizing and leading innovative fragrance, flavor and malodor abatement solutions that support the needs of our partners and their consumers. Bellak will continue to identify, explore, enable, and advocate for new technologies while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and experimentation in his new role as Chief Innovation Officer.
XIANG FEI, DIRECTOR OF INNOVATION
Xiang Fei joined Belle Aire Creations in 2017 as Applications and Innovations Manager. Prior to joining Belle Aire Creations, Xiang worked as a Research Scientist at International Flavors & Fragrances, Inc. Xiang holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Nanjing University, China and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from University of Nebraska-Lincoln, USA. Our partners and team members rely on Xiang’s extensive chemistry background to support the creative fragrance and flavor developments. In his new role as Director of Innovation, Xiang will support all aspects of Belle Aire Creations through the full lifecycle of innovation needs; from strategy, to product development, launch and beyond. Xiang will be collaborating with business solutions and technology leaders to formulate an agenda that advances innovation research and leverages the important work already underway. Xiang’s interest and curiosity in fundamental research will push forward Belle Aire Creations cutting edge malodor abatement technologies and fragrance delivery systems.
